Cancellation Policy

TERM PASS POLICY The Term Pass is the best value option, designed to support a regular and consistent yoga practice. What’s included: Attend one scheduled class per week for the duration of the term. Your place is reserved in your nominated weekly class for the entire term. Each Term Pass includes up to two (2) make-up classes per term, subject to availability. Missed Classes: You may attend up to two make-up classes during the same term, provided there is space available in another scheduled class. Make-up classes must be used within the same term and cannot be carried over to future terms. Unused classes are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash.. Class Cancellations: If a class is cancelled by the teacher, an alternative class or credit will be provided. Why choose a Term Pass? Best value per class. Your place is reserved each week. Encourages a consistent and rewarding yoga practice. 6-CLASS FLEXI PASS POLICY Enjoy the flexibility to attend any 6 scheduled weekly yoga classes over a 10-week period. How it works: Valid for 10 weeks from your first class attended. Attend any 6 regular timetable classes during the validity period. The pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the participant. Expiry: Any unused classes expire at the end of the 10-week validity period. During an 8 week term, the pass remains valid for 10 weeks from the first class attended - participants can use the remaining classes in the first two weeks of the following term. Extensions are not available except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or injury), at the teacher’s discretion. The Flexi Pass is ideal for students who: Travel regularly Work rotating or shift schedules Cannot commit to attending every week Refunds: Yoga Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds or credits will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or injury, at the teacher’s discretion. For students planning to attend most weeks, the term pass offers the best value and supports consistent practice.
