Stay Centered Yoga & Massage
Yoga offers a wide range of physical and mental benefits, including flexibility, strength, balance and posture. It also enhances mental wellbeing by reducing stress, anxiety, and promoting mindfulness.
Michelle is a certified Yoga Teacher and registered Remedial Massage Therapist, sharing yoga with the Sale community for over a decade.
Hatha Yoga classes run weekly by the term on Tuesdays at 5:15pm and Wednesdays at 6:30pm. This is a steady, calming and grounding practise combining poses (asana) with breathing techniques (pranayama).
Cultivate strength, improve flexibility, support nervous system resilience, and restore calm and balance to your whole being.
All abilities are welcome - beginners and those with more experience alike.
Private one-on-one yoga is available subject to availability. NDIS participants are welcome to enquire. Please contact Michelle for details.
Remedial, deep tissue and relaxation massage is available by appointment every Wednesday and can be booked using the link below.
